The fitness community doesn’t need your app to count calories or loose weight, we need it to find good menu options, that’s it. It’s a weight loss app not an app to help you find good macro options from restaurants.

If you don’t plan on paying for this app don’t waste your time downloading it. They ask you a bunch of questions and then tell you there’s a paywall after.

It is really good but can get expensive but it helps me track my weight and what to eat

Says in app purchases but you only get a free trial and cannot get into the app once answering all the questions to get your “personalized plan” until you enter payment information and subscribe to the free trial and a monthly or annual fee.

You have to fill out a questionnaire and create an account, only to be gated with signing up for a trial. There doesn’t seem to be a way around it, and because of that, you cannot delete the account you just spent time creating. Oddly enough, during this process, it asks you to review the app before even gaining access. Despite the trial being free, it’s extremely frustrating to be blocked to even seeing what the app looks like and not setting that expectation up front.

Not only do they have you go through like ten mins of set up and account creation to then have you pay before continuing BUT also you can clearly tell that everything in the app just prompts a backend language model. The reviews are fake, everything in the app is AI generated (sloppily) this app will die in less than 3 months because it's not good at all. Not serious for people who are concerned about their health
